Since 2018, Ashley has been responding to 911 emergency calls. With a master's degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration, she anticipated a career in law enforcement. However, what she didn't foresee was becoming a 911 dispatcher. Experiencing the process firsthand and witnessing the staffing crisis impacting centers nationwide, she resolved to assist aspiring dispatchers in any way possible — an endeavor to bring more heroes under the headset.
